How do I log my first flight?

Tap the green "New Trip" button on the Logbook screen. Enter your trip number, date, and add flight legs with OUT, OFF, ON, IN times. All calculations are automatic!

How does NOC integration work?

Go to NOC Schedule Import, forward your crew schedule email, or paste the HTML directly. The app will automatically import all your trips with flight numbers, airports, and aircraft.

Can I use this offline?

Yes! TheProPilotApp works fully offline. Log flights without internet, and they'll sync via CloudKit when you're back online.

How do I backup my logbook?

Your data is automatically backed up via iCloud if CloudKit sync is enabled. You can also export your entire logbook as CSV from the Logbook screen.

What's included in the Pro subscription?

Pro unlocks: unlimited trips, NOC integration, CloudKit sync, Apple Watch app, automatic duty time tracking, compliance monitoring, and priority support. Try free for 7 days!

How accurate are the calculations?

All calculations follow FAA standards. Block time = OUT to IN, Flight time = OFF to ON, Night time uses civil twilight data. However, you're responsible for verifying accuracy for regulatory compliance.

Can I import from ForeFlight or other apps?

Yes! Export your logbook as CSV from your other app, then import it into TheProPilotApp. We support standard CSV formats used by ForeFlight, LogTen Pro, and others.

Does it work with Apple Watch?

Yes! Pro subscribers get the Apple Watch app for viewing recent trips, flight time totals, and duty status right from your wrist.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TheProPilotApp → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

What if I lose my data?

If CloudKit sync is enabled, your data is safely stored in your iCloud account. You can also restore from CSV backups. We recommend exporting CSV monthly as a backup.
